Processing and Shipping Times

  • Processing and shipping generally take 1 to 2 weeks.
  • While we do our best to meet this timeframe, we cannot guarantee delivery within it, as it represents an estimated average.
  • Our goal is to ship your order on the next business day after approval.

Special Circumstances and Delays

  • There may be unforeseen circumstances or delays within your local postal service that are beyond our control.
  • We only work with trusted third-party carriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your products.

Delivery Times

  • Delivery time depends on your location.
  • Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday, except on national holidays.

Tracking Number

  • A tracking number will be available within 3–4 business days after your order has been approved.
  • You will receive your tracking number by email once it is generated.

Shipping Updates

  • You will receive shipping updates via email.
  • Please make sure that the email address provided during checkout is correct.
  • Be sure to check your Spam or Junk Mail folder so you don’t miss any important updates.

Delivery Attempts and Cancellations

  • We will make up to three (3) delivery attempts.
  • If all three attempts fail, the customer will have the following options:
    • a) Request a new delivery (additional costs may apply).
    • b) Pick up the package at a local collection point (if available).
    • c) Request order cancellation.
  • In case of cancellation following failed delivery attempts, no refund will be issued.
  • If we do not receive a response from the customer within 3 days after the last delivery attempt, we reserve the right to cancel the order without refund.

Cancellations Before Shipment

  • If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will process a full refund.
  • Once the order has been shipped, you may still cancel before receiving it, but no refund will be provided.
