By making a purchase at Sacred Devocione, the customer accepts and declares to have read and fully understood this shipping policy, including all its conditions, exceptions, and limitations.
1. Processing and Shipping Times
- Processing time is 2 to 3 business days.
- Estimated shipping time is 5 to 14 business days from shipment confirmation.
- Our goal is to ship your order the next business day after it's approved.
- Although we do everything possible to meet these timeframes, the times indicated are estimates and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery within that period.
2. Special Circumstances and Delays
- There may be unforeseen circumstances or delays in the local postal service that are beyond our control, including weather conditions, holidays, strikes, or customs holds.
- We only use trusted third-party companies to deliver our products.
- Delays caused by third parties, carriers, or local authorities do not constitute a breach on Sacred Devocione's part, nor are they valid grounds for requesting cancellations, chargebacks, or refunds.
3. Delivery Times
- Delivery time depends on the recipient's location and the operating policies of the local carrier.
- Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday, except on national holidays.
4. Tracking Number
- Your tracking number will be available within 3 to 4 business days after your order is approved.
- You'll receive your tracking number by email. Please make sure the address provided is correct when placing your order.
5. Shipping Updates
- You'll receive shipping updates by email.
- Please check your Spam folder to make sure you don't miss any important updates.
- Sacred Devocione is not responsible for updates not received due to email filters, incorrect addresses, or blocks from the customer's email provider.
6. Customs and International Import
Sacred Devocione ships internationally to a variety of countries. For this reason, some orders may be subject to inspections, security controls, import procedures, or holds by customs authorities in the destination country.
Once the order has been handed off to the international shipping carrier, the import process depends exclusively on the competent authorities of the destination country and the internal procedures of the carrier.
Sacred Devocione has no authority or ability to intervene in customs processes, government agencies, or local authorities. Nor can it expedite inspections, request priority release, or alter decisions made by such agencies.
Orders held in customs, under review, inspection, or pending release cannot be canceled, rejected, or refunded while the import process is ongoing. Delays caused by customs procedures do not constitute a lost order, breach of contract, or valid grounds to request cancellations, chargebacks, returns, or refunds.
In some countries, the recipient may be contacted by customs authorities or the local carrier to submit additional documentation or pay import duties. The customer is responsible for responding to such requests in a timely manner.
7. Delivery Attempts
- The carrier will make up to three (3) delivery attempts in accordance with its own operating policies.
- In the event of a failed delivery, the customer may, depending on availability:
- Request a new delivery (additional costs may apply).
- Pick up the package at an authorized pickup point.
- Request the cancellation of the order.
If the order is returned due to an incorrect address, absence of the recipient, failure to pick up at a designated point, refusal of delivery, or lack of response from the customer, no refund will be issued.
If we don't receive a response from the customer within 3 business days after the last delivery attempt, we reserve the right to cancel the order without a refund.
8. Cancellations
- Before shipment: if the order has not yet been dispatched, we'll process a full refund.
- After shipment: once the order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, it won't be possible to cancel the shipment in transit. The customer must wait to receive the product and, if applicable, follow the return process under our Return and Refund Policy.
9. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for:
- Providing a correct, complete, and valid delivery address.
- Being available to receive the product or make alternative arrangements with the carrier.
- Immediately reporting any address changes or unavailability.
- Tracking the order and responding to any request from the carrier or local authority.
- Providing additional documents or information if requested by customs authorities or the carrier.
Sacred Devocione is not responsible for delays, losses, or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
